Shipping & Return Policies


Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, pending merchandise availability and credit card verification. Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Please allow a little extra time if you chose USPS as we need to drop these off at the post office.


If you would like to make a return, please start the process by emailing us within 2 days of receiving your order.  If your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued a RA#.  Please write this number on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Your return needs to be back at our shop 7 days from the first attempted delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. — Sale, discounted, and special order items are final sale and not eligible for returns or store credit.

— Jewelry, bags, hosiery, swimwear, intimates, sunglasses, art works, and home goods are final sale. No exceptions.

— Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, tags and/ or boxes.

— We are not responsible for misdirected orders if incorrect or outdated shipping information is provided.
